This Privacy Policy applies to any person using this website, or any other sites we may operate.  The Policy includes any and all information provided to us by consumers who contact us about our services.  It also includes any information provided to us by customers who receive any of our services.

Information We Collect And Use
ACA may collect two different types of information from consumers.  The first type is your personal contact information.  This could include your name, phone number, physical address, e-mail address, etc.  We gather this information for two reasons: 1) to contact people who inquire about the types of services we offer; and 2) to open an account for customers who wish to obtain any of the services provided by ACA.  We may share this information for marketing purposes to third-party financial services organizations when authorized by you.  When you provide information through our website and click the “submit” button, you authorize ACT to share your contact information with financial services providers.

The second type of information we may collect is called “non-public personal information.”  Any non-public personal information is considered confidential by ACA, collected solely for the purposes of providing services to our customers.  Any information of this type will be provided to us with your consent, and kept in a secure database.

ACA will use your personal information to communicate with you regarding the status of your account, and to provide you with the services that we offer.  We may also use your information to keep you up to date about new services, special offers, and other information that we feel may be of interest to you.  We may also share or sell your information to companies who offer products or services in which you may be interested.  You may contact ACA at any time to opt-out of this information sharing process.  We will honor any request that we receive from you, and we require all companies we work with to maintain a similar policy.

WE WILL NOT DISCUSS OR DISCLOSE ANY OF YOUR SPECIFIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS ACCOUNT BALANCES, TO ANYONE FOR MARKETING PURPOSES.
